You directly provide ART with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on a message board or via the website contact us form.
  • If you contact our company by email.

ART will keep customer and project data for a period of up to 10 years. Once this time period has elapsed, records will be deleted from our storage system.
